Privacy policy

Effective October 7, 2026. AtomicHabits 原子習慣 todo list stores tasks, habit records, routines, preferences and selected background photos locally to provide its features. It does not provide accounts, automatic cloud sync or app-owned data servers. We do not sell personal data.

Notification permission is used for local reminders. Photo and file access is used when you select a background or import a CSV. Exporting, sharing and opening links occur at your request; chosen destinations apply their own policies.

Delete local items, clear app data or uninstall the app to remove locally stored information. System backups depend on system settings. Exported and shared copies must be managed separately. Task CSV export is not a complete app backup.

This support site has no login, advertising trackers or analytics. GitHub Pages hosts it and may log technical data, including IP addresses, for service and security purposes; see the GitHub privacy statement above. Information you send to support is used to respond and troubleshoot. Use the support contact to ask privacy questions or request deletion of information you supplied.

The app is not designed to collect children's personal information. This page describes the app’s data practices. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information to support.

Google AdMob advertising and privacy

The app uses Google AdMob to request non-personalized ads and does not request system tracking authorization. Advertising services may still process data needed to serve ads, subject to applicable requirements and your consent choices.

Google advertising services may process IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, app interactions, and crash or performance diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement and service improvement. Actual processing depends on the service version, settings and privacy choices. See the Google privacy policy and Google advertising information. Google manages retention and available controls under its policies and applicable settings; uninstalling the app does not automatically delete data already processed by advertising services.

The app provides consent flows and accessible advertising privacy options where required. Core features do not depend on consenting to personalized advertising or tracking. Non-personalized advertising may still involve data collection and processing.
